Our team from ALFREDO REAL ESTATE is very happy to welcome you as our client and we hope that you have a pleasant stay here in Los Cristianos.
We put some important and as we think helpful information together.
For further questions you can contact us without problem by phone +34 822 10 60 21 - from 09:00 to 14:00.
We will be closed during weekends and bank holidays.
You can also call +34 629 94 69 12 - from 09:00 to 14:00, and only in cases of emergency out of this schedule. Our office is located in AVENIDA LOS PLAYEROS 50, 1st floor, LOS CRISTIANOS.

1. THE CHECK OUT:
Check out time is at 11:00h. In case you want to stay a few hours longer, please contact us and we prove if it's possible without any additional cost.
On your departure day please leave the keys inside the apartment on the table.
You would like to have a second set of keys? You can get it in our office against a deposit of 20,00€.

2. HOUSE RULES:
 It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Smoking on the balcony is no problem.
Please respect the rest periods. We ask for silence from 22:00h until 08:00h.
Celebrations are not allowed in the building.
Garbage: please use the public containers. You find them easily in your street or next to the squares. Torres del Sol garbage is located at the bottom of the building.
 You can recycle normal rubbish, glass, paper and plastic.

3. INTERNET:
 You find the password either
- At the main door or door of the frigde.
- On the backside of the router.

4. COMFORT:
 You find a second set of bedlinen, towels and blankets in the (upper) zone of the wardrobe.
If you want to obtain a hair dryer or fan you can ask for it in our office against a deposit of 20,00€ (depending on availability - please request it in advance).

5. PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
The main bus stop station is in Av. JUAN CARLOS I, 20, LOS CRISTIANOS.
The bus route to the north is the 110.
The bus route in the south is the 473.
You can buy your ticket in the bus or you buy a rechargeable card on a little kiosk in the main bus stop station.

Chemistry: (the sign is the green cross), 7 days per week, from 09:00h to 22:00h in
Avenida Los Playeros 38.
Cash machine: there are a few in Avenida Los Playeros.
Grocery: DIAL PRIX in Calle Juan XXIII, 09:00 to 21:00h every day.
DIAL PRIX in Calle Amalia Alayon, 08:30 to 21:00h every day.
SUPERCOR, Boulevard Chajofe, 09:00 to 24:00h every day.
MERCADONA, C.C. Mencey, El Camison, 09:00 to 21:30, Mo – Sat.

9. ACTIVITIES:
Teide: to go up with the cable railway you can book an online ticket
www.volcanoteide.com
Siam Park: book your ticket online www.siampark.net (English, German, Spanish) and/or
get the free bus. You can take the bus at Centro Comercial Pasarela at 09:30 or at the Sol Arona hotel at 09:35.
Loro Park: book your ticket online www.loroparque.com you can get a twin ticket with
your entrance to Siam Park.
Flea market: every Tuesday and Sunday from 09:00 to 15:00, near Gran Hotel Arona,
Los Cristianos.
Night life: we recommend a visit in San Telmo or Papagayo.
Shopping: Siam Mall, Safari Center, Parque Santiago I to VI.
